Ms. Conklin has more than 20 years’ experience in the senior living industry. Her accomplishments range from managing dozens of CCRCs to exceeding sales and revenue goals by 200% to being a compelling speaker at state and national conferences.
After serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Seniority Inc. for a number of years, she was promoted to Vice President, overseeing all sales and marketing functions for nine continuing care communities throughout California for Seniority’s parent company, ABHOW, as well as supervising the sales programs for several independent senior communities.
Ms. Conklin has been involved in all phases of the marketing process, including market plan development, implementation and oversight; office selection and planning; collateral, direct mail and ad creation; sales and sales training; recruitment; and budget development.
In 2013, Ms. Conklin re-focused her expertise on the sales efforts for Seniority’s third-party managed communities, as well as pursuing new consulting business opportunities from senior living communities across the United States.
She also has extensive experience in pre-sales, hospitality culture immersion, master planning and creative sales solutions for existing products.
Ms. Conklin earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University. She resides in Novato, CA, at the base of Mt. Burdell.
